Export Restrictions
thebiz.com.au accepts payments in a variety of currencies, plus payments made via PayPal.
Security policy
Credit card payments are accepted via 128-bit SSL encryption.
Payment methods
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Bank Card and we accept payments via the Paypal system. We also welcome direct bank deposits, cheques and postal money orders. Instructions for use of any/all of these methods will be outlined during the checkout process. Please note that in the case of payment by cheque, we will only dispatch your order once our bank has cleared the cheque. In the case of postal money orders, orders will be dispatched immediately.
Shipping costs
We use Australia Post for our shipping. Postage is charged by weight, automatically calculated at checkout. As a guide, approximately 1 to 2 books such as the Music Business Supplements will be $5.50 via Standard Post.
Delivery time
Your books will be sent within two business days. Australia Post has an estimated delivery time of 5 working days, counted from the day after posting. So, if a parcel is posted on Tuesday, you should receive it by the following Tuesday, presuming there are no Public Holidays that week. If shipped via Express Post, delivery will depend on where you are in the Express Post Delivery Network.
Returns policy
If you are unhappy with your transaction, please contact us. Each case will be reviewed independently. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage on the part of Australia Post, and in such cases a refund cannot be provided.
